Installing the CL Mirror

DO NOT TRY THIS IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN TRAINED

The Parabolic CL Mirror/Nanopositioning Stage is a delicate and expensive component. These instructions are reminders for users who have been trained by Imaging Facility Staff. 

1. Vent the SEM, make sure the stage is down using camera view, and gently open the door.
2. Using clean gloves, open the orange drybox and remove the mirror assembly. 
3. Make sure the rough alignment marks are lined up for X, Y, Pitch and Yaw
