Installing the CL Mirror
DO NOT TRY THIS IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN TRAINED
The Parabolic CL Mirror/Nanopositioning Stage is a delicate and expensive component. These instructions are reminders for users who have been trained by Imaging Facility Staff.
- Vent the SEM, make sure the stage is down using camera view, and gently open the door.
- Using clean gloves, open the orange drybox and remove the mirror assembly.
- Make sure the rough alignment marks are lined up for X, Y, Pitch and Yaw
